Greek Chicken

Just like in a Greek taverna - chicken with olives and feta cheese.

  • 4 servings


  • 4 Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch White Pepper
  • 1 Piece Butter
  • 2 Garlic Clovers
  • 200 g Chicken Broth
  • 50 g Feta Cheese Cheese
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tsp Chinese Soy
  • 1 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 200 g Natural Yogurt
  • 8 Black Olives
  • 1 Handful Fresh Oregano Or Parsley


Step 1

Salt and pepper the chicken fillets and fry them in butter in a frying pan.

Step 2

Peel and chop the garlic. Fry in butter in a saucepan. Add the broth, feta/salad cheese, oregano and soy.

Step 3

Stir the flour into a yogurt like texture and stir in the sauce. Put in the chicken and let it boil in the sauce for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with crumbled breadcrumbs, olives and possibly fresh oregano or parsley.
