Gourmet Pizza

Delicious pizza topped with lamb, goats cheese, rosemary and honey. The choice of the flour in the dough adds to the already wonderful taste.

  • 4 servings



  • 25 g Yeast
  • 250 ml Lukewarm Water (Max 37 °)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • tsp Salt
  • 360 g Sifted Meal Flour


  • 300 g Mince
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Can Of Tomato Sauce For Pizza or Pasta (About 400g)
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 24 Black Olives
  • 160 g Creme Fraiche Feta Cheese & Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 65 g Rocket Salad


Step 1

Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Add water, butter, salt and most of the flour. Work to a smooth dough.

Step 2

Cover the dough, and allow it to raise for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Heat the oven to 250 °.

Step 4

Fry the mince and taste with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Roll out the dough into 2 large or 4 small thin bases. Place the bases on baking paper on baking trays.

Step 6

Spread on the tomato sauce. Peel and slice the onion. And add the onion, olives and mince to the pizza.

Step 7

Bake for 10-15 minutes. Top the pre-baked pizza with crème fraîche and a rocket salad.
