- 25 g Yeast
- 250 ml Lukewarm Water (Max 37 °)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- tsp Salt
- 360 g Sifted Meal Flour
- 300 g Mince
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Can Of Tomato Sauce For Pizza or Pasta (About 400g)
- 1 Red Onion
- 24 Black Olives
- 160 g Creme Fraiche Feta Cheese & Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 65 g Rocket Salad
Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Add water, butter, salt and most of the flour. Work to a smooth dough.
Cover the dough, and allow it to raise for about 30 minutes.
Heat the oven to 250 °.
Fry the mince and taste with salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough into 2 large or 4 small thin bases. Place the bases on baking paper on baking trays.
Spread on the tomato sauce. Peel and slice the onion. And add the onion, olives and mince to the pizza.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Top the pre-baked pizza with crème fraîche and a rocket salad.
