Goat Cheese Dip

A creamy dip, made up of goats cheese and quark. Spread on dark bread and sprinkle with dried cranberries.

  • 150 g Goats' Cheese
  • 250 g Quark
  • ½ tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
  • 8 Slices Danish Rye Bread
  • 50 g Dried Cranberries


Step 1

Break up the cheese and mix with quark. Flavour with rosemary.

Step 2

Cut the breads into triangles and spread on the cheese dip.

Step 3

Garnish with cranberries and possibly fresh rosemary.
