A creamy dip, made up of goats cheese and quark. Spread on dark bread and sprinkle with dried cranberries.

Ingredients
- 150 g Goats' Cheese
- 250 g Quark
- ½ tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
- 8 Slices Danish Rye Bread
- 50 g Dried Cranberries
Method
Step 1
Break up the cheese and mix with quark. Flavour with rosemary.
Step 2
Cut the breads into triangles and spread on the cheese dip.
Step 3
Garnish with cranberries and possibly fresh rosemary.
