Gluten-free Meatballs

A beloved everyday dish that always goes down well, gluten-free meatballs, extra juicy thanks to the cream. This recipe will make about 65 meatballs.

  • 500 g Pork Mince
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cooked Cold Potatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Whole Milk Or Single Cream
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter


Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Step 2

Fry the onion gently in a little butter & rapeseed oil.

Step 3

Mix the mince and salt. Cut the potatoes.

Step 4

Mix all ingredients into a solid batter. Roll small meatballs.

Step 5

Fry them in batches in butter for around 3-5 minutes.
