- 250 g Butter
- 100 g Roasted Hazelnuts
- 160 g Cocoa
- 4 Eggs
- 360 g Caster Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Pinches Vanilla Powder
- 120 g Almond or Hazelnut Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
Heat the oven to 175 °. Place baking paper in a long tray about 20 x 30 cm.
Chop the nuts. Melt the butter and stir in the cocoa. Whisk eggs and sugar together. Stir in the cocoa mixture, vanilla powder, nuts and flour mixed with baking powder.
Pour the batter into the tray. Bake in the middle of the oven 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool and cut the cake into pieces.
