Overnight Oats

A popular and easy breakfast choice. Prep the night before and leave in the fridge overnight, so that it is ready for you in the morning. Top with berries, cinnamon, nuts or seeds.

Oatmeal Base

  • 200 g Oatmeal
  • 600 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

Suggestion for Toppings

  • Mixed Fresh Berries
  • Coconut Chips
  • Apple
  • Honey
  • Mixed Nuts


Step 1

Put the oatmeal in a large bowl or individual dishes. Pour the milk over the oats and stir. Cover with cling film and leave to cool overnight for at least 8 hours in your fridge.

Step 2

The next morning, take it out the fridge and add some fresh berries, seeds, nuts or fresh fruit.
