Frozen Yogurt
This basic recipe for frozen yogurt is for an ice cream machine but can also be done by hand with a freezer mould. Enjoy the ice cream with berries, chopped fruit or nuts.

Ingredients
- 250 ml Milk
- 250 g Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ Vanilla Pod
- 60 g Powdered Sugar
- 2 Egg Yolks
Method
Step 1
Heat the milk with the half a vanilla pod and allow to cool. Beat egg yolks and sugar together.
Step 2
Add in the milk and heat up while whipping to 82 °C, allow to cool to 40 °C and then stir in the yogurt.
Step 3
Strain the vanilla pod and let it cool completely. Pour the liquid into the ice cream machine and follow your machine's instructions to complete.
