Fish Stew

A steaming hot fish stew with the delicious taste of saffron and tomato. Choose a fish that you like, or mix different kinds of fish.

  • 4 servings


  • 600 g Salmon Or Cod Fillet
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Leek
  • Butter
  • 200 ml Creme Fraiche Gourmet Saffron & Tomato
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 Tomato


Step 1

Divide the fish into portion sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Cut the leeks into pieces.

Step 2

Fry the leek in butter in a pan. Add crème fraîche and water. Put the fish in the sauce.

Step 3

Allow to simmer with the lid on for about 5 minutes. Cut and sprinkle over the tomato.
