- 600 g Salmon Or Cod Fillet
- tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 1 Leek
- 200 ml Creme Fraiche Gourmet Saffron & Tomato
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Tomato
Divide the fish into portion sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper. Cut the leeks into pieces.
Fry the leek in butter in a pan. Add crème fraîche and water. Put the fish in the sauce.
Allow to simmer with the lid on for about 5 minutes. Cut and sprinkle over the tomato.
