Filled Chocolate Muffins
American chocolate muffins with a delicious filling. You won't be able to eat just one! These chocolate muffins are great for a children's party or as a dessert.

Ingredients
- 300 g Wheat Flour
- 120 g Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 200 g Caster Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 125 g Butter
- 200 g Arla Skyr Natural Yogurt
Filling
- 250 g Quark
- 80 g Icing Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 200 °. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt.
Step 2
Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Whisk in butter and yogurt and stir in the flour mixture.
Step 3
Pour the batter into large paper muffin cases or a greased muffin tray. Bake in the middle of the oven 16-17 minutes. Let cool.
Step 4
Flavour the quark with icing and vanilla sugar. Cut a cone-shaped hole in each muffin. Insert the filling and replace the "lid".
