Easy Mushroom Pasta

A delicious pasta dish that is quick to cook. If there are leftovers, you can have it for lunch the next day. Yum!

  • 300 g Penne Pasta
  • 500 g Wood Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 300 ml Whole Milk Or Single Cream
  • tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 10 g Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 65 g Mixed Green Salad


Step 1

Cook the pasta as directed on the package.

Step 2

Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in butter in a frying pan for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add cream/whole milk, corn starch and mustard. Let it boil for a few minutes.

Step 3

Pour out the pasta water and put the pasta back in the saucepan. Pour over the sauce, chives and stir. Serve with salad.
