Easy Beef Stew

Simple meat stew; no frying needed, just boil, freeze and bring it out and defrost when you need it.

  • 1¼ kg Boneless Prime Rib
  • 2 Yellow Onions
  • 1 Litre Water
  • 2 Meat Stock Cubes
  • tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Soy
  • 2 tbsp Wheat Flour
  • 200 ml Creme Fraiche


Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Boil water in a pot. Add onions, stock cubes, pepper, tomato paste, soy and meat.

Step 2

Leave the pot to boil for about 1 hour. Beat the flour in a little cold water. Stir in the rest and crème fraîche. Let the pot boil for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Let the pot cool. Freeze in containers that are large enough for a meal sized portion.
