Creamed Spinach
A delicious dish perfect as a side or on its own!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 450 g Frozen Spinach (thawed)
- 3 tbsp Wheat Flour
- 400 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan, whisk in the flour. Dilute with the milk and allow to boil.
Step 2
Drain the spinach and stir in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
