Cottage Cheese Cake

  • 1 tsp Liquid Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Cottage Cheese
  • ½ tsp Cream Vanilla Powder
  • 2½ tbsp Chopped Almonds
  • 1 Piece Butter


Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °.

Step 2

Whisk eggs and honey together in a bowl. Stir in cottage cheese, vanilla powder and almonds.

Step 3

Grease an oven proof dish, about 10 x 15 cm and pour in the mixture. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. The cake should become firm and the surface should be coloured."
