- 4 Chicken Legs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 100 ml Quark
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 90 g Corn Flakes
- 150 ml Quark
- 100 ml Strong Salsa Sauce
Heat the oven to 225 °. Remove the skin from the chicken legs. Salt and pepper.
Place them in a greased, ovenproof dish. Mix the quark and mustard.
Spread it over the chicken. Crush corn flakes in a mortar. Sprinkle it over the chicken.
Cook in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Mix quark and salsa sauce.
Serve the chicken with salsa dip, oven-baked potato slices and easy-to-eat vegetables.
