Cod Burger

Crispy cod burger, made of butter-roasted cod fillets with panco breadcrumbs that will make children stop saying no to fish. Serve in buttered bread with a slice of cheese and salad.

  • 600 g Cod Fillet
  • 30 g Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 100 ml Panko
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Slices Burger Cheese Slices


  • 4 Slices Stale Bread
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Lettuce Gem
  • 4 tbsp Remoulade
  • Butter


Step 1

Cut the fish into 4 equal pieces. Mix the flour and salt. Beat the egg. Coat the fish pieces first in the flour mixture, then in the egg and finally into the panko.

Step 2

Fry the fish in butter for about 4 minutes on each side. Put a cheese slice on each piece of fish.

Step 3

Cut off the edges of the bread slices and fry them in butter until golden brown. Slice the tomatoes thinly.

Step 4

Cut the lemon into slices. Spread all the ingredients on the bread slices. Serve with a lemon slice.
