Chili Con Chicken

Try the favourite chili con carne, but with lean chicken mince and different kinds of beans as an addition. Serve with fresh natural yogurt to cool the spice.

  • 350 g Chicken Mince
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 Meat Stock Cube
  • 800 g White Beans
  • 10 g Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 200 g Natural Yogurt


Step 1

Peel and chop the garlic. Fry the chicken in butter in a frying pan until cooked.

Step 2

Add the garlic and let it cook. Then add the chopped tomatoes, chili powder and crumbled stock cube.

Step 3

Rinse the beans and let them drain. Mix the beans into the pan. Let everything boil for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Stir in the parsley and half of the natural yogurt. Serve with salad and the rest of the natural yogurt.
