Chicken Tandoori
Indian inspired, indulge in a spicy and wonderfully good tandoori chicken tonight!

Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Parts
- 200 g Natural Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1½ tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Pinches Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Tumeric
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
Step 1
Place the chicken parts in a bowl. Mix natural yogurt with ginger, pressed garlic, garam masala, cayenne pepper, turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
Step 2
Pour the mixture over the chicken parts and cover with foil. Let marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 200 °. Put the chicken parts in a pan. Cook them on the botom shelf of the oven for 30-40 minutes.
