Chicken Tacos
Do you have a hankering for eating tacos on Friday night? Marinate chicken in lime and get a new taste that will be a firm family favourite.

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thigh Fillet
- Zest And Juice Of 2 Limes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
Additional
- 1 Pack Of Taco Shell
- 200 ml Sour Cream
- 2 Avocados In Cubes
- 2 Chopped Large Tomatoes
- 200 g Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- 80 g Grated Mexican Cheese
- 200 g Corn Kernels
Method
Step 1
Shred the chicken. Mix the lime peel, juice, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken, mix well and let the meat marinate for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, prepare the additions.
Step 3
Fry the chicken in the hot frying pan until it has a nice colour and is completely cooked.
Step 4
Heat the taco shells according to the instructions on the packaging. Serve with the additions.
