Chicken Stroganoff

Chicken Stroganoff may sound different, but it tastes great and is easy to make.

  • 4 servings


  • 400 g Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 250 ml White Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • ½ tbsp Chicken Stock


Step 1

Cut the chicken and leek into pieces or coarse strips. Fry it in butter in a pan.

Step 2

Salt and pepper. Add cream, tomato paste and stock. Stir and let boil on a low heat for 2-3 minutes./
