- 1 Head OF Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 Grilled Chicken
- 100 g Radishes
- 2 Avocados
- 200 g Grated Cheddar
- 100 g Walnuts
- 200 g Natural Yogurt
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 Sourdough Stale Bread
Rip the salad leaves into rough pieces and rinse.
Debone the chicken and cut it into smaller pieces.
Rinse and cut the radishes into chunks. Divide, de-stone and cut the avocados into smaller pieces.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl. Stir together the ingredients for the dressing.
Serve the salad with dressing and bread.
