Chicken Masala

A quick and delicious easy paneng curry with Thai flavours. It makes for a very tasty chicken dinner served with noodles and chopped nuts on top!

  • 500 g Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 100 g Green Onions
  • 150 g Sugersnaps
  • 1 Bag Of Tikka Masala Spice Mix
  • 300 ml Cooking Cream
  • 100 g Coarsely Chopped Cashew Nuts
  • 10 g Cropped Fresh Coriander
  • 250 g Egg Noodles


Step 1

Start by boiling the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Step 2

Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and fry in butter in a frying pan.

Step 3

Cut the green onions into pieces and sugar snaps in strips.

Step 4

Put them in the frying pan. Add the spice mix and cream and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle with nuts and coriander. Serve with noodles.
