- 500 g Chicken Breast Fillets
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Green Onions
- 150 g Sugersnaps
- 1 Bag Of Tikka Masala Spice Mix
- 300 ml Cooking Cream
- 100 g Coarsely Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 10 g Cropped Fresh Coriander
- 250 g Egg Noodles
Start by boiling the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and fry in butter in a frying pan.
Cut the green onions into pieces and sugar snaps in strips.
Put them in the frying pan. Add the spice mix and cream and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with nuts and coriander. Serve with noodles.
