Calzone Pizza with Salad

Delicious Calzone pizza topped with smoked ham and grated mozzeralla, comes with salad side dish.

  • 2 Pizza Dough
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 200 g Smoked Ham
  • 150 g Grated Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 65 g Salad Mix


Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °. Slice the mushrooms, add about 50 g to the side of the salad.

Step 2

Roll out the pizza doughs and halve them. Wait and pull the dough a little so that there will be two squares. Distribute ham, tomato sauce, mushrooms and cheese on one half of each dough.

Step 3

Brush the edge with water, fold over and pinch the edges. Press them down with a fork.

Step 4

Bake the pizzas on baking trays, with baking paper, in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Melt the butter and brush it on the pizzas as they come out of the oven.

Step 5

Mix the salad mix with mushrooms and a little oil. Salt and pepper. Serve the pizza freshly baked with salad.
