Beef Casserole

Beef stew is a little spicy. If it take too long to make a meat stew, you can use minute steak instead to save time.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Stew
  • 5 g Butter
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 400 g Crushed Tomatoes
  • 40 g Tandoori Spice Mix
  • 100 ml Water
  • 200 ml Whipped Cream

Method

Step 1

Brown the meat in butter. Peel, chop and brown the onion.

Step 2

Add the meat and onions to the pan. Add the other ingredients.

Step 3

Boil on low heat until the meat is tender for 45- 60 minutes.
