Bean Salad

Bean salad is a light meal or a good addition to any buffet table. Beans are a great base to any salad, and can be mixed with fresh vegetables and topped with cottage cheese.

  • 800 g Cooked Beans
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 10 g Coarsely Chopped Fresh Coriander
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Pressed Garlic Clove
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 Pinch Black Pepper
  • 150 g Cottage Cheese


Step 1

Rinse the beans and drain all the water.

Step 2

Slice the onion. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Step 3

Mix beans, onions, tomatoes and coriander.

Step 4

Mix oil and garlic. Pour it over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Stir the salad and put it in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese.
