- 800 g Cooked Beans
- 1 Red Onion
- 4 Tomatoes
- 10 g Coarsely Chopped Fresh Coriander
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Pressed Garlic Clove
- tsp Salt
- 1 Pinch Black Pepper
- 150 g Cottage Cheese
Rinse the beans and drain all the water.
Slice the onion. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Mix beans, onions, tomatoes and coriander.
Mix oil and garlic. Pour it over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the salad and put it in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese.
