Barbecue Sauce

Sweet, sour and spicy - just like a good barbecue sauce should be. Serve it on beef, chicken, pork or a piece of grilled salmon.

  • 4 servings


  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
  • 2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 240 ml Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sambal Oeleks
  • 1 Pinch Ground Cumin


Step 1

Fry the garlic in butter and rapseed oil in a small saucepan.

Step 2

Add the other ingredients and cook for about 3 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
