- 16 Ice Cubes
- 2 Large Bananas
- 60 g Icing Sugar
- 2 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 400 g Greek Yogurt
- 300 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 2 g Fresh Mint Leaves
Peel the bananas and cut them into smaller pieces.
Put the banana pieces and the other ingredients into a blender. Blend at fastest speed for approx. 45 seconds or until the ice is broken.
Pour the smoothie into 4 cold glasses and serve immediately.
