Banana Muffins
Make these cupcakes when you have really ripe bananas at home, they'll taste extra good. If you want a little more luxury, add some chocolate into the mixture before baking!

Ingredients
- 150 g Butter At Room Temperature
- 160 g Raw Cane Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 240 g Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- 2 Bananas
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Addition
- 50 g Chocolate
Method
Step 1
Heat the oven to 225 °.
Step 2
Beat butter and sugar vigorously. Stir in the eggs one at a time.
Step 3
Mix in the flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar and it should quickly turn into batter.
Step 4
Mash one banana and stir it into the batter with pressed lemon.
Step 5
Pour the batter into 12 muffin moulds.
Step 6
Slice the other banana and place a slice on each muffin.
Step 7
Sprinkle over chopped chocolate.
Step 8
Bake in the middle of the oven 10- 12 minutes. Then let it cool.
