Baked fruit

Baked fruit is a delicious and fresh dessert served with whipped cream or ice cream. So simple and so good, top with crunchy nuts for extra flavour.

  • 3 Apples
  • 3 Pears
  • 6 Plums
  • 100 ml Rapeseed Oil
  • 50 g Honey
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 100 g Roughly Chopped Mixed Nuts
  • 60 g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 20 g Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 250 g Vanilla Quark


Step 1

Heat the oven to 225 °.

Step 2

Core the fruit. Cut apples and pears into slices and the plums in half, and place them on a baking tray.

Step 3

Pour over the rapeseed oil, honey and ginger. Sprinkle with nuts and pumpkin seeds.

Step 4

Cook in the middle of the oven for 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle over any left over nuts and serve with mint.
