- 2 Almost Ripe Bananas
- 5 ml Butter
- 120 g Rice Flour
- 60 g Wheat Flour
- 60 g Coconut Flakes
- 1 Small Jar Of Coconut Milk (About 165 ml)
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- tsp Salt
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Light Syrup
Peel and slice the bananas thinly.
Whisk the batter together. Heat a frying pan with butter. Pour in some batter and place the banana slices on top.
Turn the pancake when it has solidified on the surface and fry for another 30 seconds. Fry the rest of the pancakes in the same way.
Serve immediately with ice cream and syrup.
