Asian Banana Pancakes

Great tasting crispy pancakes with banana and coconut. Serve them as a dessert with vanilla ice cream.

  • 8 servings


  • 2 Almost Ripe Bananas
  • 5 ml Butter

Pancake Batter

  • 120 g Rice Flour
  • 60 g Wheat Flour
  • 60 g Coconut Flakes
  • 1 Small Jar Of Coconut Milk (About 165 ml)
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • tsp Salt

For Serving

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Light Syrup


Step 1

Peel and slice the bananas thinly.

Step 2

Whisk the batter together. Heat a frying pan with butter. Pour in some batter and place the banana slices on top.

Step 3

Turn the pancake when it has solidified on the surface and fry for another 30 seconds. Fry the rest of the pancakes in the same way.

Step 4

Serve immediately with ice cream and syrup.
