- 200 g Butter (Room Temperature)
- 160 g Icing Sugar
- 160 g Raw Cane Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 360 g Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Bicarbonate
- 2 tsp Vanilla Sugar
- 300 g Dark Chocolate 70%
- 400 g Mixed Nuts (such as hazel, cashew, and pistachios)
Mix the butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, bicarbonate of soda and vanilla sugar. Work together into a dough.
Chop chocolate and nuts and mix quickly into the dough. Shape it into a tube shape, about 3 cm in diameter. Leave in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Heat the oven to 175 °. Take out the roll and cut into thin slices and place on an oven tray with baking sheet paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes.
