Acai Milk with Blueberries

In the Brazillian jungle the acai palm grows in the wild. This recipes uses the most nutritious milk and the exotic taste of acai.

  • 300 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 2 Pitted Dates
  • ¾ tbsp Acai Powder
  • ½ tbsp Lime Juice
  • ½ tsp Ground Cardamom



Mix all the ingredients and pour into a glass. Garnish with blueberries.
