Acai Ice Cream With Rawnola
A guilt-free dessert, weekend breakfast or a luxurious snack. Make a big batch of rawnola when busy and add sliced bananas that have turned brown to the yogurt and freeze. You'll know you have finished when it is set!

Ingredients
Rawnola
- 8 Dates
- 75 g Oatmeal
- 2 tsp Rapeseed Oil
- 90 g Coconut Flakes
- 100 g Dried Blueberries
Acai Ice Cream
- 2 Bananas
- 200 g Frozen Raspberries
- 100 ml Water
- 200 g Natural Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Acai Powder
- 1½ tbsp Honey
Method
Cut and chop the dates. Mix all ingredients except the berries.
Spread out onto greaseproof paper on a tray. Allow to dry at room temperature for about 12 hours.
Mix with berries. Store in a jar with lid.
Peel and slice the bananas. Leave in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Mix the raspberries and the banana, add the water a little at a time.
Mix with the yoghurt, acai powder and honey. Leave in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Serve with the rawnola.
